WELCOME TO TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH

"I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord!” [Psalm 122:1]

Trinity Lutheran Church is a welcoming congregation which strives to share with everyone the life and love of Jesus Christ. Trinity's mission is to bring the gift of forgiveness and new life in Jesus Christ to fallen sinners (you and us) through the preaching of God's Word and through the Holy Sacraments (Baptism and the Lord's Supper).
Trinity Lutheran Church is evangelical ("gospel-centered") in character. We hold God's Word, the Bible, as our sole authority for belief, life, and practice. Worship at Trinity is traditional and liturgical. In worship, you will hear biblical, Christ-centered preaching and will sing traditional Christian hymns.
If you are looking for a church home, have questions about Baptism or Confirmation, or are wondering about receiving Holy Communion at Trinity, we invite you to visit our worship Service, talk to our pastor before or after service, or contact our church office during the week.

Instruction in the Christian faith is offered on an ongoing basis after our Sunday Service.

Trinity is located a short three-minute walk by sidewalk from the Scarsdale train station.

Come and Pray

In addition to our weekly services and Bible studies, Trinity Lutheran Church also has a quiet and peaceful bench and garden where our neighbors can sit and pray.

We invite you to stop for a moment on your way into work, on your Saturday morning walk, or at any time you need a quiet spot to rest and pray.

 "Come unto me, ye weary,
and I will give you rest."
O blessed voice of Jesus,
which comes to hearts oppressed!
It tells of benediction,
of pardon, grace, and peace,
of joy that hath no ending,
of love which cannot cease."

('Come Unto Me Ye Weary', Stanza 1)
